I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right at the entrance to the Charles Bridge, making it so easy to explore the city. The rooms were lovely, although a better view or private balcony would have been a nice touch. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Jana at the reception who went above and beyond to help us discover the city. The dining experience was great, and I particularly enjoyed my farewell beer. However, the en suite was small and poorly planned, and the lighting could have been better.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms located towards the back with a restful atmosphere, making my stay super comfortable. The service was very helpful and the staff offered valuable advice on Prague. Its ideal location right by the Charles Bridge made exploring the city a breeze. The dining options were delicious with a huge variety available, perfect for starting the day. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and convenient location.

The outdoor terrace offered stunning views of the city. The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and iconic landmarks like The Charles Bridge. The service was outstanding, with a warm welcome from Jirka who provided useful information and a glass of champagne upon our late arrival. The dining experience was exceptional with a wide selection for breakfast. However, the facilities could use some improvement to match the overall excellence of the hotel.
